We have been a family run business since 1951. Originally we started out making bookcases and cabinets. Over the years we started carrying items manufactured by other companies Currently we do not manufacture anything, but we can have many items made to fit your needs. Visit our showroom pages on this site. If you don't see what you need check out the manufacturers sites, most of them have their complete catalogs online. If you still can't find what you are looking for stop in or call us. Many manufacturers we can order from do not have websites. All employees are knowledgeable and can answer your questions.

All of our products are constructed of solid wood. We do not carry particle board, engineered wood, MDF or any non solid woods. Many items are constructed of cross grain plywood which is used to add strength and prevent warping or splitting. We have a finishing service if you choose not to finish the items yourself. We have over 40 wood colors and over 50 paint colors to choose from.

After nearly 58 years Saah Unfinished Furniture has moved from Columbia Pike. We have consolidated with our Alexandria location effective March 31, 2009. The Alexandria location is less than 15 minutes from the Columbia Pike location and is conveniently located off I-395 and Edsall Rd. We will still be offering all the services such as finishing and delivery that we have in the past. Thank you.
