Purchasing & Delivery Information for Saah Unfinished Furniture of Virginia

We offer the following :
Layaway plans (1/2 deposit down with balance paid within 90 days).

We provide in home delivery in the Washington, DC metro area only (charges based on distance).

• We will carry merchandise into your home and place it where you want it.
• Area where furniture is to be placed must be clear of any other items.
• It is the purchasers responsibility to make sure item(s) will fit up/down stairs, through doors and narrow hallways.
• Set up is not included on unfinished merchandise.
• Delivery hours are weekdays between 10:00 am - 5:00 pm.
• You may obtain a 4 hour window  the day before your scheduled delivery by calling 703-256-4315

Return Policy

Most items can be returned for a refund if:

• It is returned with 14 days.
• The item(s) is in the same condition as it was received.
• The item was not special ordered (denoted by an * on your invoice).
• There are no modifications on your item (locks, holes, special requests, etc..)
• You have your original receipt.
• Any item sold "As-Is" is not returnable

Delivery, Assembly and Finishing charges are not refundable.
